Do's in Corbett

- Conserve Resources: Please switch off lights, fans, and water taps when not in use.
- Clearance Certificate: It is compulsory to obtain a clearance certificate before leaving your place of residence within the Tiger Reserve.
- Accommodation Limit: Maximum two adults and two children (below 12 years) per room are allowed to stay in the tourist zone, so arrange your excursion as per the availability of rooms.
Don'ts in Corbett
- No Unauthorized Exploration: Do not venture into restricted areas. Follow designated routes to avoid potential dangers.
- Avoid Disturbing Wildlife: Do not chase or attempt to get too close to the animals. Maintain a safe distance for both your safety and theirs.
- No Smoking: Smoking is usually prohibited in wildlife areas due to the risk of forest fires. Follow the designated smoking areas, if any.
- Avoid Flash Photography: Flash photography can disturb wildlife, especially at night. Avoid using flash when taking photographs.
- No Loud Noises: Keep noise levels to a minimum. Loud noises can be stressful for animals and may disrupt their natural behavior.
- Don't Feed the Animals: Feeding wildlife can disrupt their natural diet and behavior. It can also make them dependent on human food, which is not healthy for them.
- Respect Local Communities: Be respectful towards the local communities and their customs. Avoid any behavior that may offend or disturb them.
- No Firearms: Do not carry any kind of firearms within the Tiger Reserve; it is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking or Fires: Smoking and lighting any kind of fire is strictly prohibited within the Tiger Reserve.
- No Driving After Sunset: Driving after sunset is strictly prohibited inside the reserve.
- No Cooking: Cooking is not allowed inside the National Park.
- No Transistors or Tape Recorders: Do not play any kind of transistors and tape recorders.

- No Horn Blowing or Speeding: Do not blow horns, and driving above the speed limit is strictly prohibited.

- No Shouting or Teasing: Shouting, teasing, or attempting to feed animals are prohibited and will invite severe penalties.
- No Non-Vegetarian Food: Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited within the Corbett Tiger Reserve.
- No Entry After Sunset: Do not enter the National Park after sunset.
- Non-Transferable Permits: Your permit to the National Park is non-transferable, so do not try any kind of unfair means.
